1: Defense Rating – Stack this until you reach the cap. 2: Armor – Your eventual goal is to be Armor capped, so aim high. 3: Stamina – This along with Armor are the only ways a druid can counteract crushing blows. 4: Agility – This stat should be second to Stamina when gemming (after reaching defense cap).
Main tanks usually have a prominent role in guilds and should be the least likely role to have vacancies in for TBC. And you wouldn't want an inexperienced or new player as your warrior/druid tank, so guilds would most likely over recruit in that spot before Classic dies if they suspect their current tanks wouldn't stay for TBC.
- Meleeing in Moonkin form now gives the druid a chance to regen mana equal to a percentage of his AP. Spell crit aura raised to 5% and AP in this form is increased by 150%. In addition for Feral/Balance builds, Predatory Strikes now increase AP of Moonkin Form as well.

I really just got tired of getting told "you cant tank" on my paladin, despite having proved otherwise, and having very little solo capability outside two aoe grinding spots at 70. Went holy and can never find any tanks for instances now. With the druid at least i can fill either a tanking or dps role with little more than a gear swap.
Wait, Druid tanks are viable in PVP? I haven't played in a long time, but there was always 'that' guy that claimed he could pvp tank druid, and we always wiped.
